We at NCC support the freeness that the information highway has to offer. We at NCC do not monitor or control information and/or content of any web sites on the internet. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NCC does not assume any liability for damages done to your computer(hardware) and/or files(software), nor does it assume responsibility for the viewing of inappropriate content by minors. We reserve the right to remove any materials uploaded by account holders on our own servers that NCC becomes aware of that is potentially illegal, could subject liability against NCC,  contains content deemed inappropriate by NCC, or violates this use policy.

Violations:

1. Port Scanning or otherwise probing internet connected computers to exploit operating systems or software bugs is PROHIBITED.

2. Use of services for illegal purposes. NCC works with the legal authorities as well as injured third parties in crimes as well as civil matters. These illegal acts include but not limited to: Unauthorized copying of copyrighted materials. Exporting software of technical information in violation of U.S. Export Control. Posting or email scams as well as threatening bodily harm or damage to another. Fraud and attempting to access accounts of others. "Hacking" illegal entry, will not be tolerated.

3. Spam or mail bombs or ANY quantity of unsolicited e-mail to individuals or business email accounts or attempts to cull e-mail addresses from WWW or Usenet or any other net providers or commonly used net service as well as engaging SMTP servers anywhere on the internet via a Port 25 SMTP session is prohibited. NCC will NOT tolerate the abuse of any SMTP server or gateway for "bouncing" or forwarding of unsolicited e-mail or the use of such masking the point of origin of any party sending unsolicited e-mail.

4. Revealing account passwords except for authorized users.

5. Distributing Viruses to or from the NCC server.

6. Use of any device which allows you to stay signed on while not actively using the services.

7. Installing of "auto-responders" or any automated or manual routines which generate excessive amounts of net traffic, or disturb newsgroups or e-mail use by others.

8. Use of your account as a mail drop for responses.

9. Uploading or running non-sanctioned Linux/Unix executables to NCC servers is prohibited.

10. Web space is offered as a free service to those who wish to put up a home page for personal or business use. All content uploaded to this webspace will abide by the Use Policy outlined here. Illegal, malicious, or pornographic content is strictly prohibited. Content that condones and/or gives instructions in doing illegal; which includes, but is not limited to, hacking, software piracy, viruses, or trojan horses; actions is also strictly prohibited. NCC reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate for general viewing.
