Our 56K Modem here are V.90, so try to update to a V.90 if you have a 56K modem but can only hook up at 34 to 36K on our system. NCC will not guarantee a faster connection but will assist you if we can.
There is no such thing as a true 56K connection with the 56K V.90 modems out there right now, but if everything is right you should be able to connect from 44K to 52K.
