Modem Update Links

Our 56K Modem here are V.90, so try to update to a V.90 if you have a 56K modem but can only hook up at 34 to 36K on our system.  NCC will not guarantee a faster connection but will assist you if we can.

There is no such thing as a true 56K connection with the 56K V.90 modems out there right now, but if everything is right you should be able to connect from 44K to 52K.

If you have a 56k modem and are having difficulty with your connection, please verify that you are using the most recent software for your modem. We've included some links that will help you find the firmware upgrade for your modem:
